Refunds

A payment creates a public, one-time listing stake. It is not a deposit and it does not guarantee rank, visits, sales, or customer proof.

If a technical fault prevents a paid listing from being created, contact support with your Stripe receipt and we will investigate a correction or refund. Where a listing has been successfully created, refunds are considered only where required by law or where Proofmarket determines there was a processing error.
